This 1,800 SF 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was a total gut-out. We worked with excellent design of reclaimed herringbone wood floors, custom-made crown moldings, trim and casings that matched the original 19th century design. The kitchen is very special with hand painted kitchen cabinets and the custom-made concrete counter-top.
