This townhouse is a 2-story plus basement building. Most of our work was in the basement and on the first floor. In the basement we dug down 12″ and installed a French-drain system. After we poured the concrete we achieved an 8′ ceiling height and total waterproofing. We swapped out the entire boiler hot water heating oil system to a gas system with new tank and hot water heater and radiators.

All windows were replaced and the owners received a brand new kitchen, living room bathrooms and a livable basement.
