Who We Are
Park East Development Inc. is a Construction and Maintenance company established in New York City and the Tri-state area. In 2013 from our previous company as solely a handyman service provider, we have grown into a large multi-functional construction, construction management, and maintenance company.
Our Construction Department handles multiple large residential and commercial renovations and build-outs in the tri-state area. We work closely with numerous architectural firms and national construction companies. We handle our projects with our own team of experts and licensed subcontractors. On some out-of-state projects we provide Construction Management and Consultation. Our reach in management and on-hand work has expanded to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We are in the progress of establishing, with our sister company SBE Handyman & Construction Services, LLC, another base in Miami, Florida to provide high quality services statewide and all the way through the East coast states.
Our Handyman Service and Maintenance Department is one of our oldest trades and core work of this company. We believe that small repairs and services lead to a comprehensive understanding of construction as a whole and therefore we are able to advise our clients and architects on thoughtful planning. Our techs are well-equipped and are solution-driven professionals. We are focused on problem solving and communication which leads us to a successful execution. A high percentage of our work is in commercial retail stores where we work with National Facility Management Companies. We service indirectly through our well-established relations with management companies, some of the best world known brands such as ADIDAS, NIKE, Reebok, T-Mobile, Sprint, Dolce & Gabbana, Coach, ZARA, Forever 21, H&M, Burlington Coat Factory, Tag Heuer, and Arby’s, just to name a few.
As our name indicates, we are heading in a direction of construction and real-estate development. By the end of 2018 we will create our research and development department; with careful and diligent planning, we will begin working on projects that will be built by a private equity fund provided by SBE Group, LLC.
